Energy Bars

My fave recovery drink:
  • 1 banana
  • 1 large tablespoon of natural PB
  • 4 ice cubes
  • Top up mini blender with chocolate almond milk
  • Blend until smooth
Regular chocolate milk or chocolate soy milk are just as tasty.
